WELCOME TO THE OLD PACK HORSE
This former pub dates to 1732 and I've renovated it over the past three years. Having put over 3,000 hours work in to it I thought I'd share the finished result!
Perhaps born out of photographing houses for a living, I've developed an obsession with DIY and interior design. It's a fun creative outlet and I welcome your messages if you share the same interests.
Do you need photos of your own project? Please check out my property photography service today.
From bespoke light fittings made from bits of old school desk or jam jars through to clocks made from old brass plates I've tried to make the house as original as possible. There's even an internal stained-glass window I've made from an old door and custom top hat lights for my late ancestors; the oil paintings of Mary & John.
BEFORE & AFTER SLIDE SHOW
IT'S NEVER FINISHED
Making this page reminds me of all the pain! Why am I thinking of moving at the moment? At least I've learnt how to rebuild walls, plaster, wire, point and plumb so I've got something to fall back on if my photography work dries up.
Check out the video below showing some of the painstaking plaster & stone work... 300 hours of work condensed in to 3 minutes!
